Our team maintains the highest quality standards and detail oriented mindset to ensure your order is manufactured with accuracy, quality and care. Wood is unique and beautiful just like each and everyone of us, please note that slight variations in wood may occur.

Ebb has sole ownership of any and all designs we create. We reserve the right to share and/or sell any and all designs we create, including custom designs, on our website and social media pages. 

Please take care to proof read all custom creations. We are not responsible for spelling, inaccurate information or mistakes on any user-customizable product.  

Processing Time

While we work to process each and every order as quickly as possible, our current turn around is 30 days. Orders placed before December 31, 2023 will take 30 days process before they will ship.

Design proofs for any custom order will be emailed within 2-7 days. Please check spam folder if you do not receive a design proof.

If a rush is needed to meet a unique deadline, please contact us at hello@ebbtime.com and indicate this date in your request. Our team will do everything we can to deliver and meet your schedule, however in some instances an additional rush-charge may apply. All charges will be shared prior to purchase.
