Shipping

All of our products are proudly made in the US and shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground. Shipping times vary by location, generally expect between 2 and 5 days transit for your item to arrive. All products ship from our facility located in Boylston, Massachusetts. We are currently at a 6-8 week turnaround for production. 

Ebb will not be held responsible for undeliverable parcels due to incorrectly provided address details. Please double check to make sure your delivery information is accurate.

In the event an item is damaged during shipping, we will work with you and the selected shipper to make it right, with focus on an expedient turnaround of your replacement order. In the unlikely event of a shipping issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be sure to keep all original packaging. You may need to package back up and ship back to us or the original shipping provider for inspection. We will provide all details once you contact us.
