Didn’t love what you ordered? Our store is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. Any product that was customized is subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund value. 

To make a return, please email returns@ebbtime.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item in original packaging and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

We think you’ll love your order, however if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right. Manufacturing defects will be reviewed by our team. Please be sure to send photos of your concerns. Please note that because wood is a natural product, minor variances can occur. No piece of wood is exactly the same.

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled within 2 hours after order placement as processing usually starts same day. If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately for status on your order.
